The constant temperature precision laser tin welding machine is a standard tin wire welding/solder paste welding equipment, mainly composed of an automatic tin wire/solder paste feeding device, which can adopt a dual Y configuration or integrate AOI detection function, infrared real-time temperature feedback system, CCD coaxial positioning system, and semiconductor laser. The independently developed constant temperature laser soldering software achieves layered processing of processing parameters for different solder joints and heights, ensuring one-time processing completion. At the same time, it can monitor the completion status of welding in real time during the welding process. PID online temperature regulation feedback system can control constant temperature welding, improve welding yield and efficiency.
